Project pricing scales according to room dimensions, surface conditions, and required woodwork preparation. All baseline guides include the provision of premium trade materials in neutral tones (see FAQs).

- Pricing Ranges: Our low-end rates apply to straightforward refreshes on walls and ceilings with light preparation. High-end rates apply to projects requiring extensive preparation and the inclusion of all standard woodwork.
- Included: Two coats on walls and ceilings. Standard woodwork includes skirting, door frames, and window sills (where full prep options are selected). Full site protection is included on all projects.
- Access: Rates assume standard 2.4m ceiling heights. Specialist access equipment or scaffolding is quoted separately.
- Project Variables: Doors (per side), radiators, dark pigments, designer paints, or heavy preparation effort are priced on request.
- Exclusions: Major structural repairs, specialist damp treatment, and furniture removal.
